We have FREE parking on site on a first come first serve basis and the road we live on has free unrestricted parking.

The six unique rooms come with free wi-fi, flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities and salon quality hairdryers.  A quality complimentary continental breakfast is included in the room rate during the months of June to September inclusive. Throughout the remainder of the year, the rates shown are for a room only basis and breakfast is not served.

There is so much to see and do in and around the area including delightful cliff walks offering superb views across the Bay showcasing the breathtaking scenery from Hengistbury Head to The Isle of Purbeck and Isle of Wight.

We are just minutes walk from Bournemouth Town Centre and seafront with the landmark pier, big wheel and beautifully kept gardens.  There is an excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants as well as activities and attractions such as crazy golf, escape rooms, zip wire and the Russell Coates museum.

The towns of Poole and Sandbanks, and Christchurch and Mudeford are just a short drive away while a little further afield you will find the stunning New Forest to the east and Purbeck coast to the west.
